    [OPIK-6447] [DEV] feat: auto-detect sibling ollie-assist checkout (#6687)

    Most Opik devs keep ollie-assist next to opik (e.g. ~/repos/opik and
    ~/repos/ollie-assist), so dev-runner now defaults OLLIE_REPO_PATH to
    $PROJECT_ROOT/../ollie-assist when that path exists and contains a
    Makefile. Removes the need to export the variable each session.

    Explicit values still win, and OLLIE_REPO_PATH="" remains the explicit
    opt-out (auto-detect skips when the variable is set, even to empty).
