    [OPIK-5364] [INFRA] fix: write diagrams to main repo root so worktree links resolve (#6390)

    Resolve MAIN_REPO_ROOT via git rev-parse --git-common-dir and always write
    diagrams/opik-{TICKET}-diagram.html (and the PNG) under that path. Also emit
    the result as an absolute-path markdown link so it's clickable from any IDE
    workspace. The diagram now survives worktree removal instead of being stranded
    at .claude/worktrees/{name}/diagrams/....
