    The slash command always creates a Jira Epic of a specific kind
    (quarterly strategic pillar synthesized from a Notion PRD). Renaming
    makes the artifact explicit and disambiguates from /comet:create-jira-ticket,
    which is the generic execution-layer ticket creator.
