Spacing, layout, and interaction improvements across trace and thread
detail views to match updated design specs.-
Revision: remove hidden search trigger from tab order when expanded

Revision 2: fix expandable search input cropping when space is limited

Revision 3: fix search overlay tab order and constrain expansion leftward
- Use ref-based inert attribute to remove collapsed overlay from tab order
- Restructure toolbar so search expands left over Spans label only
- Downsize top bar buttons to 2xs in both trace and thread panels
- Replace inline kbd with HotkeyDisplay component
- Add Inspect label to thread secondary toolbar
- Revision 4: let search overlay expand to full parent width
