    [OPIK-6146] [BE] fix: add demo data exclusion to all V1 entity checks (#6420)

    Add missing demo data exclusion to PromptDAO.hasVersion1Prompts and
    expand DemoData constants for experiments and datasets to cover all
    known demo entity names from past demo generation code.

    • PROMPTS: new constant with "Demo - Opik SDK Assistant - System Prompt"
      and "Q&A Prompt" (100K+ workspaces unblocked)
    • EXPERIMENTS: add "Demo experiment" and "Demo Experiment" case variants
      (62K+ and 35K+ workspaces)
    • DATASETS: add "Demo - Opik Chatbot", "Demo - Jailbreak Password",
      "Demo - Customer Message Classifier" (370+ workspaces)
