- Created reusable ReturnToAnnotationQueueButton component
- Added 'Return to annotation queue' button to all 3 SME flow pages (GetStartedView, AnnotationView, CompletionView)
- Button positioned on left side of footer with ghost variant and ArrowLeft icon
- Updated SMEFlowLayout to use justify-between for proper left/right alignment
- Changed 'Start annotating' button to conditionally show 'Resume annotating' when processedCount > 0
- Grouped right-side buttons in flex containers for consistent spacing
