    • useProjectOnboardingStats: return undefined while queries load (prevents
      onboarding flash); simplify trace count to reuse shared useOnboardingCountQuery
      helper; add refetchInterval so counts update while user stays on the page
    • AssistantSidebar bridge: use dynamic themeMode from ThemeProvider instead of
      hardcoded "light"
    • ProjectSelector: remove permanent underline from active project name
