    Replace ambiguous dash with a "Skipped" tag in the experiments comparison
    "Result" column. Tooltip distinguishes the two cases: "No experiment item
    defined" when no item exists for the dataset row, and "No assertions
    defined" when the item ran but had no assertions to evaluate.
