Split the "Test on dataset" button into a dropdown with Dataset and Test Suite
options. Each opens a filtered dialog with correct icons and labels. Restore

- refactor(playground): revert SDK files, add TYPE_CONFIG and TypeIcon
- Revert accidentally committed SDK files to main state
- Use TypeIcon abstraction for experiment chip icon
- Consolidate type-dependent dialog copy into TYPE_CONFIG object
- Simplify metrics section condition to config.showMetrics
- Update test suite description to reflect suite-defined assertions
