    Introduces a shared PairingStatusScreen and wires V1 with its own minimal
    /pair/v1 route that displays an upgrade-required screen. The workspace-version
    gate now resolves honestly from the pair link's ?workspace= query instead of
    force-loading V2 via a V2_ONLY_SEGMENTS hack, so each app only knows about
    itself.
