fix: formatting issues in generated Java and TypeScript files
- Remove extra blank line between enum entries and private fields (Spotless)
- Wrap long value lines in useLLMProviderModelsData.ts at 80 chars (Prettier)
- Remove trailing newline before closing brace in providers.ts enum (Prettier)
- Clean up sync_stderr.txt and sync_summary.txt after output capture
