    Drop UNIQUE(workspace_id, name) to allow duplicate dashboard names across
    scopes. Slug constraint and generation kept for backward compatibility.

    • fix(migration): use no-op rollback for name uniqueness drop

    Rollback cannot safely restore the unique constraint if duplicate
    dashboard names were created after migration ran.
