    [OPIK-4573] [FE] fix: remove PageBodyScrollContainer and fill vertical space (#5410)

    Remove dead PageBodyScrollContainer/PageBodyStickyContainer wrappers
    left over from removed virtualization. Replace with flex layout that
    fills available vertical space. Remove max-h-[500px] cap from main
    content and sidebar so they grow with the viewport.
