    • Add custom histogram bucket boundaries for payload_code_size and
      payload_data_size metrics (100B to 100MB) to capture actual payload
      size distribution instead of capping at 10KB default
    • Change Docker executor logs from info to debug level since metrics
      provide better observability for container lifecycle events
