    Release 2.11.1 with minor features, fixes, and tooling updates. Includes
    profile-aware starter categories, stable chat start handling on
    reconnect, improved locale resolution, upgraded Prettier/Ruff, and
    bumps @chainlit/react-client to 0.4.2.
