    Upgraded lmnr to 0.7.17 and updated the observability example to use the
    new browser session instrument. Keeps dev/eval environments current and
    avoids deprecated usage.

      • Bumped lmnr[all] to 0.7.17 in eval and dev dependencies.

    • Migration

    • Replace Instruments.BROWSER_USE with Instruments.BROWSER_USE_SESSION
      in Laminar.initialize.
