    Bumps the package version to 0.13.3 for the CLI 3.0 release.

    Checks run locally:

    • uv run ruff check --no-fix --select PLE
    • uv build

    Summary by cubic

    Bumps browser-use to 0.13.3 for the CLI 3.0 release. No code changes;
    version-only update to trigger the release pipeline.
