* docs: add herdr-cliamp to community plugins A herdr plugin rather than a Lua one: it floats cliamp in a detached herdr session so closing the float only detaches, and adds now-playing and transport keybinds that work from any workspace. * docs: match the site description to the docs entry Addresses review feedback on #320.
