bumps the lexical family to ^0.47.0 (react-lexical + api-surface in lockstep). the 0.46 hold traced to upstream #8774 replacing deleteCharacter's modify(extend) with a modify(move) caret measurement that jsdom cannot run; the fix teaches the test polyfill the move shape with node-boundary clamping, zero product changes, browsers unaffected.
moves the eve SDK line from 0.22 to 0.24 across the four manifests that pin it and requires ^0.24.3 in @assistant-ui/eve's peer range. no source changes: the adapter's consumed closure is byte identical between 0.22.6 and 0.24.3; the breaking minors live server-side. eve 0.24.3 raises its own ai peer floor to ^7.0.26, satisfied since #4887.
bumps js/ts dependencies across the monorepo via taze, refreshed against main as of merge time. holds kept deliberately: @babel/core 7 (react-compiler compatibility), eve 0.22, oxfmt 0.58, lexical 0.46 (forward-delete regression in 0.47), react-native-safe-area-context ~5.7.0 (expo SDK 57 matrix), packageManager pnpm@11.10.0 (11.12+ standalone binary breaks pnpm/action-setup). expo natives wait out the 24h minimumReleaseAge window. full build, lint, resource-memo, and lexical tests green on the final head.
