Add Claude Code 2.1.172 prompts (Fable 5, Opus 4.6, Opus 4.8); strip trailing whitespace from Opus 4.8 prompt

Three new system prompt extractions from Claude Code v2.1.172, one per
model, capturing the per-model differences in the harness prompt. The
claude-opus-4.8.md change is whitespace-only (trailing double-space
removal), no content changes.
