Bump npm dependencies via npm audit fix

Previous npm audit reported 48 security advisories: 6 low, 23 moderate,
15 high, and 4 critical. After running npm audit fix the count drops to
39 advisories, including 4 low, 21 moderate, and 14 high, clearing every
critical issue.
