    Add /update command for manual update from GitHub releases

    Users can now type /update to check for and install the latest release.
    The command checks GitHub releases, downloads the binary, installs it,
    and restarts jcode with the session preserved.

    If no update is available or the download fails, the session resumes
    with the current version. Works in both local and remote modes.
